COTTOACE PLUS® Function Specific Cotton Spunlace
Cotton spunlace can be made for specific needs. Additives for medical use, chemicals, or a variety of surface patterns can be added using special methods.

ESCOTTO® Spunlace nonwoven fabric made from cotton and synthetic fibers.
ESCOTTO® is spunlace nonwoven made from cotton and synthetic fibers. Unlike COTTOACE® which is made from 100% cotton, the addition of synthetic fibers makes it possible to add stiffness, strengthen, or soften the resulting sheet.
By blending spunlace with special binding fibers, it is possible to create a sheet with significantly improved strength while maintaining the absorbency and moisture retention properties of cotton, and easy to heat mold or bond thermally.

LUBENA® Eucalyptus-derived spunlace fabric
LUBENA® is a spunlace nonwoven fabric made on eucalyptus based semi-synthetic fiber (Lyocell). The fibers are tightly intertwined, which allows the sheet to have strength without changing its texture. Stronger sheet can be made using additional synthetic fibers.
